By creating an account or using TakVPN you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Service description
TakVPN sells time-limited WireGuard VPN access with defined duration and traffic limits. Availability depends on network and infrastructure conditions.
Acceptable use
You must use the service lawfully. Abuse, fraud, bulk unsolicited traffic, or activities that harm our network or other users may result in suspension without refund.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments and refunds
You may delete an active VPN from your dashboard. Limited (GB) plans receive no wallet refund on delete. Unlimited plans paid in Toman are charged 10,000 Toman for each day used in the current period; any remainder is credited to your TakVPN wallet (not a bank/card chargeback). USDT-paid periods have no automatic wallet refund on delete. If VPN provisioning fails, contact support — we will refund or re-provision. Abuse or terms violations are not eligible for refund. For Toman payments via Zarinpal: due to legal restrictions, refunds to gift cards are not possible under any circumstances — please do not pay with a gift card. Refunds can only be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or upstream issues may cause temporary outages.
Limitation of liability
TakVPN is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
