- What payment methods do you accept?
- USDT via direct on-chain deposit (TRC20 or ERC20), and Iranian Toman via Zarinpal online payment. Toman is credited to your wallet right after a successful payment.
- How do I get my VPN config?
- After purchase, go to Dashboard → My VPNs. When status is active, download the WireGuard `.conf` file and import it into the WireGuard app.
- Which devices are supported?
- Any device with an official or compatible WireGuard client: Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android.
- What data do you store?
- We keep account email, payment and order records, and WireGuard keys needed to operate your subscription. We do not sell personal data.
- Can I get a refund?
- You can delete an active VPN from My VPNs. Limited (GB) plans have no wallet refund. Unlimited plans paid in Toman charge 10,000 Toman per day used in the current period; any remainder is credited to your wallet. USDT-paid periods have no automatic wallet refund. Wallet credits are not card chargebacks. For Zarinpal Toman payments, gift-card refunds are never possible and card refunds (when issued by support) go only to the same card used for purchase. Provisioning failures are resolved by support.
- What happens when my plan expires?
- Access ends at the plan expiry date. For unlimited (time-based) plans you can renew anytime from My VPNs — even on day one — and each renewal adds another full plan period to your expiry date (for example, a 1-month plan renewed immediately becomes about 2 months). Limited (GB) plans are not renewed this way; buy a new plan if needed.
- Is there a traffic limit?
- Yes — each plan lists included traffic in GB. Usage is tracked on our infrastructure; see your dashboard for status.
- How is the Toman price calculated?
- Toman prices are calculated from the USDT/IRT rate stored in the system. Admins update that rate.
- Do I need an account to browse plans?
- No — plans and pricing are public. You only need an account to pay, manage wallet balance, and download configs.
- How fast is provisioning?
- After wallet payment your order is queued for provisioning. Timing varies; check Dashboard → My VPNs for status.
- What are the Toman payment and refund rules?
- For Toman payments via Zarinpal: due to legal restrictions, refunds to gift cards are not possible under any circumstances — please do not pay with a gift card. Refunds can only be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.

- Can I renew my VPN early?
- Yes — unlimited plans can be renewed from the first second until a few days after expiry. Each renewal charges the plan price again and extends the expiry by the plan duration (stacking time). Limited traffic plans cannot use this renew button.
